Client Services

There are three Client Services Teams (Blue, Green and Yellow) each responsible for providing quality service across a range of human resource policy and advice areas. In the provision of this service, staff contribute to the success of the Melbourne Agenda by working in partnership with clients to ensure the University is a preferred destination and a supportive workplace for outstanding staff.

More specifically, our Client Services staff are dedicated HR professionals who support and add value to the business of the University by:

developing, promoting and maintaining conditions of employment that foster fair and equitable treatment of employees in the workplace
developing policies that set and promote HR best practice
positioning HR as a strategic partner to Departments, Centres and Schools
actively seeking feedback and keeping abreast of current trends in HR to ensure continuous improvement in policy and practice
delivering consistently excellent and efficient service to our clients

Client Services is also responsible for providing support to the University in using the online e-Recruitment System (PageUp People).
