Policy Consultation
Thank you for visiting the HR Division's policy consultation website.
Online HR policy consultation is an opportunity to enhance and compliment traditional consultation mechanisms and generate better policy outcomes for the University.
All staff members are encouraged to provide written comments on new or reviewed HR policies.
Policies currently available for comment:

*Note: normally, draft policies will be available for comment to all staff for at least 10 working days.
How to provide comments:
- Review the new/amended policy draft
- Email hr-policy@unimelb.edu.au. Include in the Subject field "Consultation" and the policy title.
- To guarantee consideration comments must be received by 5.00 pm on the consultation expiry date.
- All comments will be treated confidentially and will not be used for any other purpose.
The HR Division will consider all comments submitted by staff and, where relevant, include the comments into the ongoing development of the policy.
