Our Structure
The Division of Human Resources is comprised of a number of different units which provide a range HR services.
Client Services
Client Services is responsible for providing quality service across a range of human resource policy and advice areas. In the provision of this service, staff contribute to the success of the University by working in partnership with clients to ensure the University is a preferred destination and a supportive workplace for outstanding staff.
Equity and Organisational Development
Equity and Organisational Devlopment offers a comprehensive range of training and development programs, and customised training and consultancies. The Unit promotes change by encouraging an environment supportive of cultural and social diversity of staff and students, it provides accessible information, advice and services consistent with the University's commitment to equal employment opporunity.
Remuneration and Benefits
Remuneration and Benefits provides a range of strategic and operational services for the University and its staff including payroll, systems administration, and superannuation administration.
Themis Systems and Reporting
The Themis HR team deals with various Human Resources management system requirements including data table maintenance, system issues and general reporting for departments and government bodies.
Workplace Relations and Health
Workplace Relations is involved in the provision of industrial advice and support to management as well as dispute managment and resolution. The Workcover unit aims to assist employees to remain at work or return to work at the earliest opportunity following an injury or illness.
