University Network for Equal Opportunity

The University Network for Equal Opportunity supports the role of Associate and Assistant Deans (UNEO), UNEO Coordinators and Faculty UNEO Committees in monitoring equity and diversity and developing initiatives to support enhanced staff equity and diversity.

Since 1999, senior Academic staff within each faculty have been appointed as UNEO Coordinators. The Coordinators are appointed by the Dean and report to the Dean and Faculty Executive. Their role is to develop equity and diversity strategies and report on progress regarding equity and diversity for both academic and professional staff.
