Human Resources can provide advice and support to Managers, Supervisors and individual Staff members over a range of issues that impacts on a University staff member.

Through its policies against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment and Workplace Bullying and Occupational Violence the University endeavours to make all areas of employment, such as recruitment, conditions of employment, training and development, promotion and the supervision and management of staff, free from direct or indirect discrimination or unwelcome, unsolicited and non-reciprocated behaviour.

The University of Melbourne is committed to ensuring fair, equitable and safe work practices, however where grievances do arise please consult the University's Grievance Resolution policy.
