Understanding Contributions & Caps
The rules around contributing to super can be complex and confusing. This seminar aims to take away the confusion and explain the different types of contributions to super. It is suitable for all members considering:
- the types of contributions available and how they are taxed
- the contribution caps that apply
- incentives to contribute to super such as the spouse rebate
- ways to manage contributions
- special rules for some Defined Benefit Division members
