Salary Packaging
Salary Packaging, or Flexible Remuneration Packaging as it is also known, allows employees to change the structure of their remuneration package and take non-cash benefits in lieu of salary. All staff that are covered by the University of Melbourne Enterprise Agreement can partipate in salary packaging. Salary packaging has the benefit of allowing you the flexibility to tailor your remuneration package to best suit your individual financial and personal needs, as well as taking advantage of legitimate taxation laws to maximise your benefits.
