RDM - Change Workshops
An integrated suite of three programs is offered to assist supervisors and staff navigate their way through change and engage in the Responsible Division Management Implementation Project.
These programs focus on enhancing self-awareness, skill building, providing different perspectives and developing techniques and strategies to take control of their change journey.
Information about programs and activities will progressively be added to the RDM Change Workshops website.
The first two workshops will run from September until the end of the year:
- Enabling my change journey - designed for supervisors implementing RDM change
- My change journey - designed for staff
